Melanie L. Jackson, MD
Investor
Melanie L. Jackson, M.D. is a native of Philadelphia, PA. She is a graduate of the Philadelphia High School for Girls. She graduated with honors from Morgan State University and Howard University College of Medicine. Dr Jackson completed her residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and gastroenterology fellowship at Washington Hospital Center. She is a board certified gastroenterologist in private practice. She is a member of numerous medical organizations. Dr Jackson has always had an interest in real estate which increased when she and her twin brother inherited properties from their late father, Dr Melvin L. Jackson in 2012. Hobbies: reading, learning to play golf and spending time with her family.
Kimberly Wilkins
Investor
Kimberly Wilkins is an educator with the Philadelphia School District. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania her passion and dedication to the community she serves is of the utmost importance.
A graduate of Temple University, she received a BS in education as well as an MS from both Drexel University and Gwynedd Mercy University. Education and her community have been a top priority.
With love, she has for her city and the community it was a natural fit to move into property investment. Encouragement from friends and neighbors, she co-founded 29pearlsinvestmentsllc in 2019. When she is not teaching children, she enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter and family in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia.
Grateful for the opportunity to be in business with her close friend of more than thirty years. Kimberly will continue to invest in her community and the people that live in it.
